What to do when you want to say "F*CK GRATITUDE!

 

You hear things like being grateful for this, be grateful for that, but how can you be grateful when you feel like life is a continuous SHIT STORM and you are feeling less than grateful?

Take a deep breath and listen in on some ideas about what you can do!

First: Say to yourself, I don't have to have it all figured out right now, Even if you just feel a tiny bit better saying those words, is one way you are feeling grateful about the moment.

Second: Release and surrender the outcome, YOu have no control over what happened yesterday, later, or tomorrow. Often times our stress, anxiety, and shit storms develop from these fears and worries. So stop right now and say the words, release and surrender the outcome of tomorrow's future.

We all have shitty times, and it's okay not to want to feel grateful, but let's not live there and strive to live a better life.
